Acupuncture
and
Chinese Medicine
Mission
Helping people find lasting relief from pain, improve their physical and emotional well-being, and reconnect with their bodies through thoughtful, individualized acupuncture care.
Acupuncture is a safe, minimally invasive medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years and is now used around the world alongside modern healthcare. By stimulating specific points on the body, acupuncture helps regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, reduce pain, and support the body's natural ability to heal.
I believe health is connected to more than just physical symptoms. Pain, stress, emotions, movement, sleep, and our relationship with our bodies all influence how we feel. My approach combines traditional Chinese medicine with modern pain science, taking the time to listen to each person's experience and understand the whole picture.
Acupuncture can also be a powerful practice of slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. The quiet, mindful nature of treatment creates space to become more aware of your body, calm the nervous system, and support a healthier relationship between the mind and body.
Services
Acupuncture
Thin, sterile needles are used to reduce pain, regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, and support the body's natural healing processes.
Cupping
A gentle suction therapy used in many cultures to improve circulation, release muscle tension, and traditionally support the body's natural detoxification and recovery.
Gua Sha
A smooth-edged tool is used to release tight muscles and fascia, improve circulation, and ease pain. In Chinese medicine, it's also commonly used on the neck and upper back at the onset of a cold.
Tui Na
A hands-on therapy using massage, acupressure, stretching, and joint mobilization. Acupressure and palpation are also an important part of the diagnostic process, helping guide treatment and point selection
